• Strong, lightweight aluminum welded construction provides for easy handling and resists punishment
• Expanded urethane insulation between inner and outer shells creates effective thermal barrier
• Clear lexan door fits snugly against cabinet and swings full 270° to fit flush against cabinet side when open
• Model has heavy-duty 5" swivel casters - front casters lock
• Unit designed to hold 34 full-size sheet pans (18" x 26"; Item #68370) or 68 half-size pans (13" x 18"; Item #68371)
• Pan supports are integral with side panels and are 9/16" wide (17-5/8" fall-through) on 1-1/2" centers
• Fitted with rear pan stops to ensure sufficient air flow for heat circulation
• Heating unit has three heating elements - one in water pan for humidity control and two in blower for heat circulation
• Heating unit can be simply unplugged and removed for easy cleaning - also allows use as a non-heated unit
• NOTE: DO NOT USE CANNED FUEL IN CLEAR DOOR CABINETS - Uncontrolled heat can damage the lexan door!
• Heating unit provides separate controls for on/off, proof/hold, humidity and temperature (to 175° F)
• Heating unit operates on a dedicated 125 volt, 20 amp circuit and uses a NEMA 5-20P plug
• Heating unit controls accessible at bottom of cabinet without opening door
• Optional Corner Bumpers (item #BUMPER-C-FS) must be factory installed when cabinet is built
