• Strong, lightweight aluminum welded construction provides for easy handling and resists punishment
• Solid aluminum door fits snugly against cabinet and swings full 270° to fit flush against cabinet side when open
• Fitted with heavy-duty 5" swivel casters
• Unit is designed to hold 40 full-size sheet pans (18" x 26"; Item #68370) or 80 half-size pans (13" x 18"; Item #68371)
• Pan supports are integral with side panels and are 9/16" wide (17-5/8" fall-through) on 1-1/2" centers
• Fitted with ceiling exhaust vent and rear pan stops to ensure sufficient air flow to support use of chafer fuel as heat source
• Optional internal Heat Unit (item #H-HEATUNIT-INT) fits inside door at bottom of cabinet
• Optional Sterno Can Holder (item #CA67-SCH) Holds three sternos in position at bottom of cabinet
• Optional Corner Bumpers (item #BUMPER-C-FS) must be factory installed when cabinet is built
