The SL-Series SilverStar Convection Oven is a standard depth, single deck unit with standard controls. This oven features a stainless steel exterior and 72,000 BTU burners for quick temperature recovery. It accommodates one full size (18" x 26") sheet pan per oven rack left to right in the oven.
