I have a wholesale account with RSS. How do I set up a dealer login?
You can't do that directly through the website. Please call your account representative for assistance.

How can I track my order?
To track a shipment, first login to your account, then go to Documents under the Account menu.

My order arrived, but there is a problem. How do I fix it?
Please call us. One of our sales representatives will be happy to resolve the problem.

How can I pay for my order?
For our retail customers, you can pay by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express during checkout. Our wholesale customers can use whatever form of payment is set up for your account.
